Data Protection
Please be aware that there are inherent security risks in transmitting data, such as e-mails, via the Internet, because it is impossible to safeguard completely against unauthorized access by third parties. Nevertheless, we shall safeguard your data, subject to this limitation. In particular, personal information will be transmitted via the Internet only if it does not infringe upon third-party rights, unless the respective party has given its prior consent in view of such security risks. Accordingly, as the website provider, we shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a consequence of such security risks or for any related acts of omission on our part.
We oppose the use of any available contact information by a third party for sending unsolicited advertisements. As the website provider, we reserve the express right to take legal action against unsolicited mailing or e-mailing of spam and other similar advertising materials.
Collection and processing of data
Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on this website is logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following is logged: Name of the retrieved file, date and time of the retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain. In addition, the IP addresses of the inquiring computers are logged. Further personal data is only recorded if the user of the website and/or customer provides information voluntarily, for example via the settings of his browser or in the context of an enquiry or registration or to conclude a contract.
Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a text file that is sent when a website is visited and is temporarily stored on the hard disk of the website user and/or customer. If the corresponding server of our website is called again by the website user and/or customer, the browser of the website user and/or customer sends the cookie received previously back to the server. The server can then evaluate the information obtained through this procedure in various ways. Cookies can be used, for example, to control the display of advertisements or to facilitate navigation on a website. If the user of the website and/or customer wishes to prevent the use of cookies, he can do so by locally changing his settings in the internet browser used on his computer, i.e. the program for opening and displaying internet pages (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Safari).
You can manage many corporate online ad cookies via the US site https://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU site https://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/.

When contacting the provider (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), the user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of upcoming questions.
Comments and contributions
When users leave comments on the blog or other posts, their IP addresses are stored. This is done for the security of the provider in case someone writes illegal content in comments and posts (insults, prohibited political propaganda, etc.). Accordingly, the data thus collected is used to send personalised newsletters to each recipient.
By revoking the consent to receive the newsletter, the consent to the aforementioned tracking is revoked.
Integration of third party services and content

We cannot influence that third-party providers store the IP address for statistical purposes, for example. As far as we are aware of this, we inform the users about it.

The data entered during registration is used for the purpose of using the offer. Users can be informed by email about information relevant to the offer or registration, such as changes to the scope of the offer or technical circumstances. The collected data can be seen from the input mask during registration.
